I wonder if my attempt with "another window" or application is causing this as so far I'm not able to replicate. I've tried using two different applications. I.e spotify & slack.
I also tried using the sermon build in a floating window as well as a tab within my Logos Desktop, but after working in another window or application I was able to close my info panel from the sermon builder.
Is there any concrete repro steps you could provide that I could align with my future attempts? That might help with finding the root of the issue.
