All the Factbook search section is doing is using the same mechanism used to provide suggestions when typing in the entry box in the Factbook panel. Using that provides some clues that indicate (given that, as far as I can tell, there is no page for exactly what you are looking for) it's doing a reasonable job of trying to suggest a similar match (via transliteration).
