My resources don't appear in library

Hello. How is it that many of my resources don't appear in my library? Is there something wrong in me or in my Logos Web App?

    How is it that many of my resources don't appear in my library?

    They should appear assuming you are logged in using the account you used when you purchased them.

    Can you give some examples of resouces you own but that don't appear?
