BUG:Passage List fail to view when offline

Any Passage List I create or open when offline due to no internet connection fail to view the references. Just gray lines waiting to be loaded.

I can reproduce this on my Mac but not in Windows. If you're seeing this in Windows, I'd love to know about it.

We will be investigating this issue.

Next time I'll use a virtual machine when the internet is offline an report if not working.

This past week, I was in a place without Wi-Fi. My Windows machine did not display any of my passage lists in Logos when I was offline.
