HELP NEEDED: Can't stop forum email updates

My mailbox is exploding with messages for new forum posts. It happens even though I haven't looked at the posts. I can't find anything newer than 2014 in the forums regarding this issue. I have the following settings:

I set Receive Emails to No in my profile:

I'm not subscribed to any forums:

I also went to a couple of threads and told it not to send me emails:

But I can't go through each forum post to do this, especially since it's happening on posts I have never looked at.

My email is out of control, can anyone tell me what I'm missing please?

You might need to contact Logos Customer Service (cs@logos.com or call 888-563-0382 Mon-Fri 6am-6pm Pacific Time) and get them to stop it for you.

In the meantime, is there any way you can set up a rule in your Inbox to send all messages matching certain criteria (from ...@... and including ... in the subject line?) to your Deleted messages or Junk mail folder? I don't get emails from forum updates so I don't know what email address you should fill in there that these come from, or what keyword in the subject line would distinguish these from Logos emails that you *do* want to see).
