Print/Export to Excel not working in Logos10 26.1.32

I upgraded to Logos10 yesterday, with build 26.1.32, from Logos9.

Prior to the upgrade my Print/Export to Excel, or Word, was working fine - now it doesn't work.

Makes no difference whether exporting to a new document or an open document - both options fail.

I see in the Forum History that this problem has occurred in the past.

What's the solution/fix please?

    What are you exporting?

    I tried exporting a Word List and Excel was not working in L9 and L10 (it had been like this for some time). No issue with exporting to Word, though.

    Hi Phillip, 

    I am also wondering what type/types of documents you are attempting to export. I have run through a couple and so far am not running into the same issue. Are there any particular documents you are noticing this with?

    Hello all.

    The problem is with the Tech Team now. They say they have been able to replicate the problem that I've reported. I created a log file to go through the steps that created the problem - the file is with the Tech Team.

    Just waiting on the bug fix to be released.
