(Apologies if this doesn't go here. I'm not forum savvy.)
Is there any simple way to find a complete list of books that offer word-by-word indicator functionality when paired with the purchase of the proper audio resource?
Of 8,250 resources in my library, I can't tell that any but ESV and Pilgrim's Progress have it available. (I do realize that I'll likely need both the text resource and a human narrator's audio resource of the exact same work to make it happen, but I don't which combinations of resources I should buy to pull that off.)
In my current read-through of the Bible, I'm using KJV 1900 and would LOVE to use Thomas Nelson's Dramatized KJV along with it directly in Logos, specifically with the indicator moving along. It would make it so much easier to deal with than what I'm doing now: shuffling back and forth between Logos and Audible and trying to keep my scrolling in sync as my mom listens and reads along with me. I will gladly buy that fantastic audio production again, but it would only be worth buying the Logos edition if the indicator is present, rather than having to still shuffle between tabs within Logos to control the audio from one tab and then scroll the text on the other.
I'd even love to just use the system narrator if it could keep up, but I have to max out the font in fullscreen reader view for her, and the auto page-turn doesn't ever seem to occur until several pages' worth of off-screen text have already been read aloud. (And of course, manually turning the pages messes it all up and usually starts it back from the previous page.)
So... any suggestions on how to find which pairs of resources have this function?
Any idea if that specific dramatized KJV has it?
(And possibly, does anyone know how to make any resource properly sync the displayed text with what the system narrator reads aloud?)
Thanks!
