Keyboard shortcut: Page down (spacebar) not working (Mac)
I am not able to get the following keyboard shortcuts to work at all:
- spacebar = page down in a resource
- shift+spacebar page up in a resource
Can anyone help me figure out how to get this keyboard shortcut to work?
I am using a 2020 M1 MacBook Air.
Using Logos 26.1.32

Good morning Michael,
I am unable to reproduce the problem on my M1 MacMini nor my Intel MacBook.
I had a quick look and don't see a setting for this in 'Settings' either.
So this is just to say that it does not seem to be universal problem but something that has affected your system.
Are you running any other programs that modify keyboard responses?

Have you restarted your MacBook?

Yup, I have tried that.

Hi there Mike,
Thanks for your reply. I'm not sure of "any other programs that modify keyboard responses". I doubt I have any of those installed.
I have just figured out that I can get the shortcut to work only in the Factbook tab. However, it doesn't work in any of my Bibles or other resources.
This is super weird.

Ok, seems this has helped me to figure out how to get the shortcut to work.
I have just figured out that I need to click somewhere within the text of the tab content before the shortcut will work. I had previously been activating the tab by clicking the tab itself or a blank space in the menu bar - with unsuccessful results.
However, if I click in the text somewhere then the spacebar works to advance 'page down'.
Thanks Mike and Gregory for your comments.

Oh, okay, the pane didn't have the "focus" of the computer; I didn't realize clicking the tab wasn't enough to shift it any longer. I do wish that Logos would give a visual indication of which pane was "active" so to speak.

On the PC at least, it does. There is an orange line on the top of the tab that has focus.

That is true with MacOS too.

You know, you're right. It's so subtle that I didn't realize it was there.

The TOC active entry is also marked with an orange line on the left
