I am trying to find the meaning of this number in my Logos Library in a resource (4Q185 2:10). What is this?

4Q185 refers to a Dead Sea scroll.  In general, if you see a one or two digit number (cave) followed by 'Q' (Qumran), it's going to be a numbered (eg 185) scroll fragment.  The numbers that follow are fragment# and column#.

This one is alternatively labeled '4QSapiential Work' ergo the discussion by the journal writer concerning James.
