I have ESV as my primary Bible- I attach notes to verses but they are not showing up in my MASB, LSB, LEB- is this a bug.
I have all the appropriate boxes ticked for sharing.
When you say you have the boxes ticked for sharing, do you mean that the notebook (if any) you used when creating the note in the ESV is enabled in the other Bibles?

Yes,
Yes to both Graham and Dave- all 4 versions are interlinear and VF- all have the corresponding Note file ticked in the list.
Yes to both Graham and Dave
What version of Logos do you have?
26.1.32
Please provide a screenshot of the VF menu in one of the bibles, showing the Notes options.

My notes are not showing in VF section; the current study I'm doing is only appearing in "Notes and Highlights" section of ESV- but not in NASB, LSB, LEB or any other bible.
There are no notes at all in my VF section
Are the notes indicated by a green plus sign not present in other Bibles?
Please show one of those notes as well as the note indicated by the purple underline one of ... as it appears in the Notes Tool
And please show the corresponding VF information for the LEB
Here is the LEB- the NASB and LSB are the same- notes are listed but do not appear in the Bibles- green dots are the notes.
Here is LEB VF
I'm running Windows 10- this is something new I just noticed it this past week or so- until then these notes sync'd across my bibles. I looked at the past couple updates but didn't notice any "notes" issue fixes like mine.
green dots are the notes.
Can you post a screenshot showing one of these in the Notes Tool?
I'd like to see what notebook, if any, it is in.
The notes showing at Rev. 17 are part of "Revelation Study Notes and Guides."
Thanks
One thing this shows is that the note is created by "selection" - on a range of text as opposed to a verse (indicated by the ESV in the anchor)
What happens if you create a test note by reference (second option in the context menu). Does that appear in all Bibles?
And do you have the relevant reverse interlinears for LEB, LSB, etc?
Graham- I think I see what your saying- how can I tell I did it as a 'selection', instead of 'reference.'
Yes I see I for some reason starting doing the notes as selection, instead of reference- the simple things get you every time.
I guess I'll have to re-enter them manually to fix this.
Can you not simply "Add" an anchor, that is the verse or verse range and then have the note show in other bible resources?
I'll give that a try later tonight.
Yes I see I for some reason starting doing the notes as selection, instead of reference
That's good to hear.
But the thing I still don't understand is why it wasn't working before through the Corresponding Notes and Highlights mechanism - and that was behind my question about whether you have the relevant reverse interlinears.

All 4 versions have the RI's. I am actually having to go in and copy and paste in new notes to get them to show up in the other versions. Simply adding a "verse anchor" causes it to create two notes in each version.
I'm kinda laughing about this it has taken me 5-10 yrs to commit to use the new notes option, like a nightmare becomes reality [;)]

Why do the Ephesians and Sermon notebooks (ESV) not appear in the LEB. Is there something special about them?
It shouldn't matter that you did notes as selection, they should still appear in relevant RI bibles. And the note for Rev 17 did show in LEB??

Dave- I'm not sure, I have 4 notes at Revelation 19- both note sets that contain them are properly setup in notes and highlights- but only 1 shows in LEB,Nasb20, LSB all 4 in ESV.
I have attempted several things to correct this- the only solution I have found that fixes this is copy note- delete, and create new note. This creates a note that shows in all versions. I'm still at a loss why this started happening, but at least it's not terminal and fixable.
Dave- as far as Rev 17- these two notes I re-created they are showing in all versions now, but not at all before.
OK- I think I found the issue- - every anchor verse that has ESV included in it- IS NOT- showing up in the other versions- BUT, as soon as I delete the anchor and insert a new anchor that does not include any bible version it appears in all my bibles.
So far it is correcting what I evidently started doing without realizing it.
I want to thank each you, your prodding finally got me to the answer and the way to correct this, only 50 notes to go and I'll be done.
Thank all of you for patience.
