TC Tool doesn't refresh if "ignore" options are selected

This is with Logos 27.0 beta 4 on Windows 11

In the screenshot below the TC tool is showing a nearly 100% difference between the NA27 and TR1894

This is understandable as, for example, the NA27 contains markings while the TR resource does not and I haven't selected any of the ignore options in the panel menu

But even if I enable them all the tool isn't updated

It is updated if I remove the TR resource from the tool and add it back in again

And the same happens in reverse - if I start with all the options selected and then remove them.

Is the Tool supposed to refresh automatically or do we need to remove / add back in versions to make it update?

The Tool should refresh automatically. Problem exists in v26 as well.

Looking at this further - it looks as though there might be an additional problem.

As per my additional post, with all the options clear I get a 100% difference for Rom 1:24 with those two Greek texts

But if I simply select the ignore case option the difference goes down to 14% - seemingly ignoring all the marks that are present in NA27 but not in TR1894.

So this still be flagging all the words containing markings as different?
