Repetition is my friend..... how do I get the desktop app to audibly repeat Hebrews 11-13 In ESV

I will be teaching Heb 11-13, and I want to burn the scriptures into my brain by having the dulcet tones of David ChranHeath read these three chapters aloud. Repeatedly. I've searched the forums, Logos help, and tinkered with reading lists in the desktop app, to no joyous avail. I'm sure that several year ago, I read a forum post from a pastor that did this, but I can't find it.

To summarize: I want Logos to read aloud the ESV version of Hebrews 11-13, and when complete; I want it to start over and read it again and again like that infamous pink bunny with the annoying drum. Anyone know how to do this, please?

I don't think there's any way to do it within Logos, but if you can get hold of MP3 files of the chapters in question, you can play them on repeat in the audio player of your choice. I can think of 2 ways to do that:

1) purchase the stand-alone MP3 files (2008 version currently unavailable but Crossway is releasing what is probably a new edition in September)

2) convert your Logos format audio to MP3 using an audio recorder like Audacity (free) which should be OK for your own personal use though might be a grey area legally.

The Logos mobile app will allow you to start at a particular scripture reference. You can then hit the "rewind" icon when it finishes the passage you get to the end. It does not appear there is any way automatically repeat in Logos.

As an alternative that would work on any platform is to purchase the ESV Audio CD or MP3 files. Then put the chapters you want to repeat into a playlist. Then play the playlist with the "repeat" feature turned on.

The ESV audio functionality (with the Karaoke feature) built in to the Logos app is great. But they need to do 2 things: 1) make this available for all Audio Bibles (especially Greek New Testament) and 2) make the feature more flexible, to do things like you are wanting to do.

The free ESV Bible app already does everything related to audio that the Logos app does on iOS.

Another possibility, if you did not already know about it ... would be the ESV video Bible which you can purchase in DVD format.

ESV Video Bible: Audio and Text on DVD, Voice Only DVD

I have these in NKJV and ESV and they allow you to listen to the narrated text of scripture while displaying the Biblical text on the screen of your TV.

Yes I still think it would be nice if Logos could do these things ... but this is another possible way to do it now.

You can enter any Bible passages and generate HTML for your website. But you can also just copy the link part of that and paste it into your browser, for example:

My thanks to all of you for your helpful insight and alternatives, however THIS post fro Bernhard was instantly useable and perfect for my needs until/unless Logos adds a rewind/repeat feature to all of it's audible Bibles.
