Help - app not syncing - I've checked the FAQ
Kia ora,
My iPad app isn't syncing with my desktop or iPhone Logos app and I've gone through the things on the FAQ site (except firewall - don't know how to check that on the iPad). My highlights aren't appearing on documents.logos. Notes are switched on. I see that my iPhone app is syncing with what I do on the desktop app so it must be something in my iPad settings. Any idea where to look or what to do?

For clarification: The notes you are CREATING on your iPad aren't appearing elsewhere. Is that right? Are notes created elsewhere appearing on your iPad?

Are you sure you are using the same account (username & password)? Have you tried reinstalling the app? Which version of macOS are you on? Which version of the App are you using?
