I don't think that this violates the prohibition on self-promotion. I am very excited to see my brief OT Survey and Christian History primer on pre-pub! For some reason, this is more exciting to me than traditional booksellers. I don't know how these decisions get made, but thank you to whoever made this happen! I don't normally love the homepage ads, but seeing my own name on the Explore section was very cool. A very pleasant surprise.

Just to give you the benefit of a doubt; you probably went to Amazon and checked out the Kindle edition. There it says September is the release date 😉
I can confirm that it had release date on Logos. Ebooks sometimes have the same release date on Amazon and Logos.
