Is my Library Count Wrong?

Before downloading The Hope for the Heart Biblical Counseling (100 Volumes) I had 2764 resources. After downloading I have 2861. I've checked and all 100 volumes are in my library. Does anyone know why my count is 3 short? Shouldn't it be 2864?

I am not familiar with that particular resource; but some resources contain multiple volumes in a single file. If you are still indexing this will affect your count as well.

The count went up 100 for me and I am pretty sure they are all new resources so I don't suspect there is any chance you already had some of the resources (although that could be a possibility, it has happened to me. Logos will sell resources that were in other packages as part of a new prepub as well. They justify that it's such a low price, if you have a duplicate oh well - no refund).

Probably you should find out if you actually HAVE all 100 resources, or if 3 are missing.

If you do some of the tricks people use (like once I download new resources I set the rating to 3 stars on all of them, that way I can see which new resources downloaded by looking at rating:=0), you can easily see which resources did not come down. If you don't do anything like that, I guess you have to look through the resources the hard way, 1 by 1.

You could also try exiting, restarting, and doing another Update Resources command in case they did not download for some reason. If all those things fail, you could easily call Customer Service.

Ron, I always check book counts before and after new downloads and I can confirm that my book count went up exactly 100 after downloading this collection today. I have had short counts in the past when I did not realise that I already owned one of more of the books but this will not be the case in this instance as I don't believe any of the books have been published before. I am sorry I could not help more. Blessings, Tim.
