Prioritized Resource

Logos support,

I have a resource showing up in my commentaries list when looking at a passage guide, or any automated report, but I have not prioritized that resource in my library. Can you help me understand how to fix this?

I emailed support.logos.com but I got no reply from them.

Which resource? When Logos hits the end of your priority list, it utilizes the default priorities for the remaining resources. Note: customer support is for systems/application problems only, not for training issues.

Are you referring to New Manners and Customs …?

If so, are you sure it isn’t prioritised further up the list?

New Manners and Customs was the book, it was further up this list. I mistakenly added it there.

I have never seen that before, but I have never placed a commentary in the wrong place on my prioritized resource list either.

I should be more observant.
