What should spanish(Latin America) users do to be heard??
It is unbeliveable that since the dark mode came up there is an issue on certain resources and it hasn't been resolved yet, today it was released an update talking about a bug on dark mode being fixed but surprise it wasn´t for me. Instead of thinking about new products and new resources to make customers spend their money and completely forget the other part which is to make your product work very well, you should focus on resolve these little issues that couldn't take much time and make all customers happy, but right now spanish customers feel like you don´t care about us and you are just interest on make us spend our money on your products and that´s it. It is very frustating seeing updates coming up and when I take time to review where it was coming from I see it was coming from USA customers and Spanish(Latin America) customers looks like we are forgotten.
My money is also worth it and I paid a lot of money for your product, at least what I think I deserve is a product that works well, I know sometimes trouble comes around but a solution is not imposible.

Welcome to the forums. You are correct that when you are not getting appropriate attention, you should come on the forums to express your dissatisfaction and encourage others to second your complaints.

In the meantime, did you try the workaround described in another post for this resource ?
We did some further investigation and were able to reproduce the issue. While we work to get a fix out, there is a workaround.
- Change to light mode and restart Logos.
- Go to Program Settings, and set the Resource Background to White.
- Change back to dark mode and restart Logos.

To be honest I wasn't expected a quick response or solution on this but I have to express my gratitude to the people from Logos that take my complaint seriously and decided to act on it.
I feel that I've been heared and my complaints are taking care of not just "aja yeah we will" but solution never comes, you guys have showed me that's not the case.
With today's update my previous issue was resolved and I am really happy with it.
Thank you so very much, I really appreacite it. Now I know that LOGOS isn´t just a company that sales a product, I know for sure that I can trust you and trust on whatever happens you guys are out there to take care of it.
