Bug: In Sermon Editor, Editing Scripture Changes Formatting

I'm pretty sure this is new. (28.0.12 Beta Windows)

1. In sermon editor, enter a verse reference like Eph. 2:1 and ENTER to insert block
2. Double click to edit text
3. New paragraph breaks are introduced that weren't there before
