Help in understanding the Sermon Manager

Hello,

I'm trying to understand the Sermon Manager tool.  I've watched the videos and read the docs but I'm still unsure why my Radial View looks the way it does.  Would anyone be able to help?

I guess I'm trying to understand two things.  Firstly why the Sermons appear at different depth within the wheel, and secondly why they are coming up as double entries.  I've attached a screen grab to help show what I mean.

I'm also unsure when in the Grid view I have some any dates at the bottom, I don't think I made these entries and this view doesn't include empty dates in the tutorials I've watched.

I'm not sure if I'm using it incorrectly so any help would be very appreciated.

A few thoughts/suggestions --

1. I think that the different levels in the radial diagram are due to the venues with which each of your sermons are associated.
2. I think that they appear as double entries in each case because one band of each pair is the series title and the other is the sermon title.
3. The dates in the lower part of the grid view are simply showing possible dates for the remainder of the year, since you have selected "This Year" to be displayed.
