I have found that some of my customized Layouts show a strange behavior I have not seen before - they exit the program from full screen, and the app briefly disappears, and then it opens the layout from the lower left corner of the display -- all done very quickly.
It's not a crash - no crash is reported.
It's not a corrupted layout. I duplicated this behavior just creating a brand new layout, opening just the library and Favorites panel - that's all. I save the layout, and it does the same thing. In fact I isolated it further --
I took a working layout that does not exhibit the problem, and added the Favorites panel to it. I saved it as a new layout. When I open that new layout, it does that same thing. Then I noticed that my other layouts that do this, all have the Favorites panel in it.
So the Favorites panel in any layout will cause (a) program to exit full screen (b) cause the layout to disappear and open from the bottom left when selected.
I do have a 19 second video showing it - this is a dropbox link! In the video I bring up a layout with a Favorites panel, then one without, then the first one again (with a Favorite panel). You can see the difference in how the layouts open, and the first open takes the program out of full screen.
I do't know when this problem was introduced, as I haven't used these layouts for a while.
This is on a MacBook Pro with Verbum, version 28.0.12 (28 beta 1). Can anyone else duplicate this with a Favorites panel in a layout?
