FSD not random?

I've recently started using FSD. I have a single Bible translation (CSB) in a collection. About half the time, FSD takes me to the Concordance in the back. If you look at the CSB's table of contents, each word in the concordance is represented as a chapter. I wonder if each word then occupies a "unit" in the FSD algorithm. Has anyone run into the same issue? Any suggestions? It's not a major issue but would appreciate a workaround. Thanks in advance.

Why is it an issue with the Concordance but not when you get a result in the Bible, also from the TOC!?. The NLT gets similar results in its Bible Verse Finder.

A workaround for CSB/NLT is not feasible. Perhaps use a bible without word finders.
