i stumbled upon this by accident, but if you don't have bronze+ on logos 10 and want the read aloud feature for desktop and mobile, it's included in this package: https://de.logos.com/product/251588/logos-basicplus
i've bought the logos 10 english standard starter package but wanted this feature. so i tried out the above german package for $50 and it worked! now i can use text to speech on windows and on my android phone. i'm just a little annoyed at how hard it was to find this package. i'd include it in the starter package (or even fundamental).
