1. Tap three horizontal lines in bottom right corner
2. Scroll down to Help
3. Tap Report a Problem then Continue.
4. Attach logs to this thread

I wouldn't have been able to do this but I was able to get back into my program. I did this by leaving the beta program and then rejoining the beta program.3264.log.zip
