Can't download to install
Hi, I bought an acer chromebook thinking I could install the desktop version of logos but when contacting support they informed me it will not run on chromebook.
They pointed me to a minimum requirement post and after reading it I bought the acer travelmate below

But I again will not download or install.
Am I missing something as it looks like it is within minimum requirements.

I am not a windows user and can't help you beyond pointing to the same requirements you already have. However...
4GB Ram is not really sufficient, even if it is within the range suggested. 128 GB SSD is likewise insufficient, unless you have a very small library and not much else installed on the laptop.
Your best bet might be to run the web app if you don't have the funds to purchase a more adequate device.

The 128 GB SSD may be too small. How much free space do you have and what is the actual message you see when installing? what version of Windows do you have (Settings > System > About)?

Hi Dave, qhen I go to the Web sure and you have the button on the right to choose download, it does nothing.
It's a new system so there is nothing on it but factory default. Its windows 10 pro

On the https://www.logos.com/install web page, scroll down until you see Step 1 and click the Download button.
