Underlining in a book

I have purchased a book from Logos that has lots of paragraphs completely underlined. This is very annoying while trying to read, but I cannot find a way to erase it. This is not highlighting but underlining with a pencil emblem at the end showing how many people have underlined it. I don't care about the underlining; I just wany to read the line.

Can anyone help?

    Please disregard. I just found the way to turn off underlining.
