Hi everyone,
Logos has so many tools that it can overwhelm new users. It will be helpful to know which tool is used most by users. Presumably, these top tools are most valued by its customers.
Most users are logged on, I am assuming, when they are using Logos. If so, Logos should be able to determine which tool is being used by what % of the users. Is it possible to get such a report from Faithlife? For example, the top 3 tools are:
1) Tool A by x% of users
2) Tool B by y% of users
3) Tool C by z% of users
Having such data should enable new users to go see some Faithlife videos on these tools to incorporate in their regular Logos usage.
Of course, Faithlife doesn't have to limit it to top 3. They can give the data for all the tools. I am sure they have this data because they have to prioritize which tool to develop and which tool to shelve.
After an initial report like that, you can slice and dice the data by user type: seminarians on one end of the spectrum, lay people at the other end of the spectrum, and others in between. As a layman, maybe the #1 tool for seminarians may not be of interest to my daily Bible reading.
Any thoughts?
