Logos Documents Error Message "Your publication is out of date."

Thanks for the report. This message indicates that changes have been made since the notebook was last published. Normally there should be a button to allow you to republish the notebook with changes made since it was last published. It appears that for Notebooks the button will go missing if you rename the Notebook. We've created a case to fix this problem. You should be able to get around the issue by Withdrawing the Notebook from the groups you've shared it with and republishing to those groups.

Andrew, thank you. If I withdraw the Notebook, and republish it, will it stay linked to all the Logos users who have connected to it?

Unfortunately, no. They would need to reconnect to it.

I just did a quick test, and it looks to me that despite the message on documents.logos.com, other users who are connected to the Notebook should still continue to see updates. So, the best way forward for now is probably to ignore the message. After this issue on our end is fixed, the message should hopefully go away on its own.
