Logos won't sync slides to Proclaim

I have recently started to experience a problem with Logos Sermon Builder not wanting to export slides to our Proclaim app. We receive the error below:

I have tried this on two different windows computers, I've tried logging out of Proclaim and Logos and then logging back in before I sync, tried restarting the computer....I'm a bit frustrated with it at this point.

Anyone have any ideas what might be going on? It seems to have just started this week.

Bumping in hopes of getting a response

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

    Hi Kurt,

I can't see from your post what the error is, it looks like maybe an image or something failed to paste or attach? I can take a look at what might be going on there. I haven't seen general issues exporting to Proclaim, so definitely interested in what could be going on.

    Dustin,

Sorry about that...for some reason the screenshot isn't showing. The situation apparently resolved itself because I was able to export yesterday's sermon to Proclaim with no problem.

I'm at a different computer right now, so I can't look for the screenshot, but as I recall it was a very generic error message. No real detail to go on.

for some reason the screenshot isn't showing

To include a screenshot, do one of two things:

    1. Use the paperclip icon (preferred by most longtime forum users) to "attach" the screenshot <or>
    2. Use the "amber" icon (orange hexagon).

That explains why it's not showing then. I took the lazy approach and tried to copy/paste it like I do in an email. Sorry about that!
