More cross-reference options besides TSK

Hi. Like most of you, I have both the TSK and the very similar NTSK, and I use both regularly. However, I have the feeling that these are not as exhaustive as claimed and that there are Bible verses they are not including. Are there other cross-references available in a similar style on Logos that you know of? Thanks Smile

Thanks. Yeah, I'm hoping that Logos has something similar to TSK that I can buy. I do have a few cross-reference titles, but they all pull passages from keywords, NOT from the reference (Meek vs Matthew 5:5). The closest thing I found is Logos' built-in engine, but the results as far as I can see is not as robust as TSK.

I know this sounds archaic, and I know some will put it down.... but for me, I use TSK and NTSK and others, which do help some... but, as I read my bible and study my bible I build my own list. I'm also not sure anyone can build a cross reference list that will suit everyone.

I was hoping that something like the new "experimental search" would do a lot of that... but after using it a bit, I'm not so sure. It seems to be good for finding "people, person, place or things" and not so much where something like "presbyterion" is cross referenced in the bible.

Yep... I'm probably gonna get talked to again..... but then I still believe in free speech! [8-|]

One can manipulate it into helping with this but "cross-reference" means so many different things to different people that it is unlikely to do it easily or come up with results that are not already available depending upon the size of your library.

I think they are all good and they all do what they're supposed to do, it's just a matter of layout and more importantly, the number of similar references they pull. The N/TSK just cramps more passages in a smaller space by not providing the text. They way technology is advancing, soon I’m sure we will have something like the TSK but with the ability to toggle between show/hide text. That will be awesome. In this attached example, the NTSK pulls some 60 passages vs 12 with the ESV Xrefs

Select and save as Passage list to solve part of your issue:

You can collect cross-references from all sources into a single list, sort and duplicates will be dropped.

I find passage sufficient because it gives you the cross references that are relevant for the verses you are searching.

I believe that the WS here means that this came over as a former WordSearch resource. I am not home so I can't check myTags. I do not know if Logos ever released the x-Ref's as a separate resource or not.

You are correct. After your reply I checked, and here it is. But it seems to me that it is available in Logos, just not as a separate resource, as you mentioned.
