A while ago, I posted about the change that Logos has made to where iOS and iPadOS no longer sync layouts. I found this, and still find it, to be an extremely frustrating move on the part of Logos. It seems like a small thing, but it has really made this program far less valuable and useful for me. Unfortunately, I have already sunk so much money into it that I don't have a choice but to keep using it.
One of the reasons I liked this feature is because I used it as a way to bookmark my books. I had one layout that was named "Currently Reading." There, I would have several books I was reading at the same time, and each time I would finish a reading session, I would save the layout. That way, when I opened the layout up next time to read (on either my iPhone or iPad), it would open all the books where I left off.
I have been trying to find a way to bookmark resources in a way to where it syncs across all my devices. It is extremely annoying to be unable to mark my spots in my books that I am reading to where I can continue reading from that spot no matter what device I am on. For a reading app like Logos, this seems like such a basic feature that it is astonishing that it is not included.
The closest thing I can find is the "Favorites" panel on my desktop. However, these favorites do not seem to appear on my mobile devices. Can someone please help me achieve this very simple task of bookmarking my resources?
