Reminder: Use the SAVEMORE code up thru Aug 28

Earlier, I took advantage of the sale on the NIDxOTTE combo ($215 for both), and added in some other wishlist items.

But didn't know about the SAVEMORE sale (10-13-15% off extra). So, I called up CS, and they kindly credited me an extra $35. Nice.

Also, the Library Expansions are on sale (again) ... they look like the old ones from last year. But combine them with the SAVEMORE ... a nice savings!

I'm now wondering if to make a much bigger purchase next Tues ... 2024 packages seem a long way off. And 15% looks like their max these days. Pays for sales tax.

Same here. I was a little short, but added another resource and got the 10%. This is 2 months running. I wonder if they'll repeat. My only frustration is I do tend to buy resources when sales go live on the first and the 10% coupon has gone live later. The downside is Logos could potentially cause us to wait. Why not offer the coupon when the monthly sales go live?

Is this a coupon that some of you got that some of us didn't get?

Well, disaster struck. So I had to admit defeat at the hands of Logos.com

- Added Daniel Peshitta $197: savemore reduces my price; good! Brill is expensive!

- Added LXX Handbook $39: savemore eliminates all my discount. Sorry Charley! Tricked you!

- Added Matthew Sectarian $39: savemore refuses all discounts ... no DMB ... maybe you don't understand 'no'!

- Removed Daniel Peshitta, kept LXX Handbook $39, and Matthew Sectarian ($39) plus some TT Guides ($15 each): savemore gives me back my discounts!!

I give up. I can't even see what the coding error (if that) might be. Well, emptied my cart and saved $300. I also gave up on my T&T Guides Set (another $500).

Well, I tested this savings offer and could not resist the temptation. One of the books is https://www.logos.com/product/166061/crossway-esv-bible-atlas which was recommended by someone, and as a terminally cartoholic bought it. I know most of the biblical atlases are just copies of each other, but this one does make some difference. Also it has the old archaeological grid in some maps from page 280 onwards. I was looking for it in https://community.logos.com/forums/p/216819/1267070.aspx#1267070

P.S. Probably a large file - it took some time in my hillbilly summer log cabin to download it.

I think I have the system figured out. I made a large purchase (over $300) and got the 15% off (plus another 10% with another coupon code).

After a large addition it recalculates all your discounts so I went back and tried to get more of my wish list.

Once it got over $300 the discount disappeared. As long as it was under $300 but above $200, it was 13% ... so i'm thinking ... oh so this is how it works. You only get to use the code once. And the 10% code also no longer worked. Maybe they renew monthly, or with the next sale?

I have never called customer service. I would guess that they might allow you to add things on after the original purchase. But I just adjusted things and settled for 13%, as it was mostly things already on sale.

I think I'm almost to the point where I have everything I need ... but I think i had that feeling last time too [:)]

Well, in my case (as above), CS retroactively gave me a 13% (nice). Then, I wondered, maybe it's time for Brill ... as above, it gave me a 10% (almost $200; good). Then, I added more, over $200 ... zippo'd everything. Then, I removed Brill for some cheapos. Discount returns. Added more. Discounts gone.

Unfortunately, with that big $800 Blonde savings, and we just finished 3 big decks on our house, a mini-golf seemed calming (deer, coyotes, and javelina down below, snarking bad shots). Mini-golf vs discount-y Daniel Peshitta. Javelina grabbing golf balls. Daniel went back in the wishlist.
