Bug: Issues with Em Dash and Windows Touch Keyboard

In Sermon Editor and Notes, Windows touch keyboard inserts 2 dashes instead of 1. This is a fairly recent bug (last few weeks).

To reproduce:

1. click in the sermon or a note to place the cursor
2. In the taskbar, click the icon for "Touch keyboard"
3. Click on the &123 to expose the characters and symbols keyboard
4. Press and hold the "-" to expose the em dash ("—")
5. When you release over the em dash, 2 em dashes will be inserted instead of the expected 1.

Have you double checked the behavior in Word ... I've been noticing a recent change in the Microsoft adding of the long dash.
