Store bug: Bookstore search results don't lead to existing product page

This came up here: https://community.logos.com/forums/p/217980/1269847.aspx#1269847 - I'm not sure but it could be that Rosie Perera once brought up the same or a related error some time ago.

The bookstore search result leads to an eBook that unfortunately is published by an HCCP imprint, Zondervan (these guys don't want to sell eBooks for the Logos platform to international customers like me, and being the book nerd I am, I'm not happy over the dollars I save, but am grumpy about that. I know that in itself is not something you, Faithlife, can fix). The bug happens when I follow the preview page to Logos.com: I don't get to the book's product page (right most tab), but to the sorry page that claims no product page exists and "This is not a product we sell".

In the thread above I gave potential customers the wrong information that bookstore search works great, but the book nevertheless is not available (luckily another user checked for it and corrected that). So it is possible this bug already has cost you money.

I don't know what causes the bug - possibly the app sends some kind of search string over instead of a "real" computed product page, and the search has this nasty default of Geographic availability = "available to me" (here I'm sure this is something users already raised as a design bug, and Rosie and myself were among those asking it to be changed or made customizable) which could lead to that sorry result.

Please fix this.

Have joy in the Lord! Smile

bumping in hopes of eliciting a useful response
