Reference "a" won't take you to Gal 4:27. I tried opening RVR60 and ESV separately, and it doesn't work either. Can't select the pop-up menu. Thanks!
It is working correctly, Click on the footnote marker to "freeze" the popup - then click on the bible link in the popup.
