Can I delete WebBrowser and WebCache folders?

These two folders are located in Logos/Data/"random"/ ... and together account for a bit under 500 megabytes of storage.  Virtually everything in there looks to be quite old and probably related to some web browsing I had done over the years.

Can I delete these two folders (or at least most of their contents)?

    FYI, I stopped logos, renamed these two folders.  When I restarted Logos, it created "skeleton" folders in the same location ... and Logos is working fine.  I'll run like this for a while and eventually delete the two renamed folders to free up nearly a half gig on the hard drive partition which holds Logos (my "L" drive").
