Locating feedback suggestion

Hi everyone,

I posted a feedback here: https://feedback.logos.com/. I wanted to post it on the Forum to see if others would like the feature that I had in mind. Unfortunately, I am not able to locate my suggestion despite trying many keywords in my suggestion.

Any help to locate the suggestion I posted is much appreciated.

Since I don't know what it was you suggested, did you try the search (top right of feedback page)? Or that's what you're referring to as keywords.

I guess, what did you suggest?

Thanks DMB. I did try the search.

My suggestion was to allow for us to put comments next to items in our wish list so that we can remember why we added that item in the Wish list. For example, recently, Greg Lawhorn endorsed New TSK and I added it to my Wish list. If I could add a comment that Greg recommended it and give the URL along with it, I am more likely to buy when it comes on sale.

Is it possible that there was some button to post the feedback and I missed it? I feel that there should be a way for you to access all the feedback that you initiated from some account settings page.

That's an excellent suggestion. It's a major reason I remove wishlist items, only later to put them back.

My guess, (a guess) is your suggestion didn't get posted.

But I'm surprised at all the other wishlist suggestions ... also good. Though yours would translated to sales, I'd think.

You are right DMB. I went back to the Feedback website and browsing others when I stumbled upon my post that was still sitting there. So here it is:

Any help to locate the suggestion I posted is much appreciated.

If you go to the board where you remember posting your suggestion (e.g., Logos Desktop Feedback if it was a desktop app feature suggestion or Logos Book Requests), then click the "My ideas" checkbox in the upper right, it will filter the list and show just the suggestions you posted or voted on.

You can also click the Order dropdown menu and select "Recent" instead of the default "Trending" to find the most recent post(s) you made.

I usually create a post in the Suggestions forum with a clear subject line (mention the title of the book in the subject, possibly preceded by SUGGESTION: or PLEASE VOTE:), and in the body of the post, provide any rationale I want to for why I think this is an important book to have in Logos, and finally include the URL linking to my post on the feedback site (make sure to press Space after pasting the URL so that it becomes a live link).
