Absolutely not ... nor would I trust anything that claimed to be ... too much recently found materials, too little concrete information, too much diversity.

I get annoyed with Harnack but he is still worth reading History of Dogma (7 vols.) | Logos Bible Software. Pelikan's The Christian Tradition: A History of the Development of Doctrine (5 vols.) | Logos Bible Software is probably the best currently in Logos.
You need to supplement it with History of Biblical Interpretation (4 vols.) | Logos Bible Software or my preferred A History of Biblical Interpretation, vol. 1: The Ancient Period | Logos Bible Software.
Then you need Bernard McGinn's The Foundations of Mysticism: Origins to the Fifth Century (The Presence of God: A History of Western Christian Mysticism, Vol. 1): McGinn, Bernard: 9780824514044: Amazon.com: Books which is not in Logos.
To round it out consider the optional The Reading and Preaching of the Scriptures in the Worship of the Christian Church (7 vols.) | Logos Bible Software which is a personal favorite.
