The Scripture index at the end of Carson’s For The Love of God Vol. II is really handy for finding his devotions (from volumes 1 & 2) on particular passages. However in the print version, the index distinguishes between mere Scripture references, and entire devotions on a reference by italicizing the latter. However the Logos version does not contain these italics. I would love it if Logos would go back and include them.
