Can't enter text in answer boxes in resource: (Click on box and it gets a blue outline, but no cursor and does not respond to keyboard input.)

Works properly in Teacher's Guide:

Upon further review, the above symptoms seem to relate to the short, single line text boxes, like in page 8, "B. History (12 books)".

Multi-line boxes work okay sometimes, like on page 12, "V. APPLICATION".  

Multiple choice on page 11 at "V. WHY IS THE BIBLE IMPORTANT?" doesn't work.

Sometimes the app will freeze when trying to enter info in a text box, and then the app close. (I wasn't able to duplicate this while preparing this post,  but it happened a few times when I first encountered these problems.)
