I posted about the two missing volumes of this book a year ago on the Feedback site. I guess I neglected to get people to pile on and vote for it. But seriously, it shouldn't take votes. Logos, if you get a book, you should get all the volumes of it, and as soon as one person points out the omission, you should add it to the pipeline ASAP.
