Error in Multiple Rings Guide

I'm not sure where to post this, so if there's a better place, please let me know.

The Multiple Rings Guide does not properly distinguish between ἆρα and ἄρα. All results are placed under ἆρα and no results show under ἄρα. Most results should show under ἄρα and only a few under ἆρα.

Where do I post this to get it corrected?

There are two separate entries in BDAG for ἆρα and ἄρα.

Using Multiple Rings for each yields the following.

This is due to the underlying Greek New Testament being used.

The ESV reverse interlinear - for example - is aligned to the SBL Greek New Testament and this has no occurences of ἄρα but 52 occurences of ἆρα

The Guide is reflecting that in the results shown

Does this mean that the authors of the SBLGNT are disagreeing with the authors of BDAG or is this a mistake in SBLGNT?

Also, how do you find which Greek NT is used for each. I get the same results on the NKJV which shouldn't be based on the same GNT as the ESV.

That's beyond my ability to answer!

BDAG has 'The basic text for the NT is Nestle-Aland, Novum Testamentum Graece27'

William Arndt et al., A Greek-English Lexicon of the New Testament and Other Early Christian Literature (Chicago: University of Chicago Press, 2000), xi.

THE SBLGNT has:

'In circumstances such as these, the existence of an alternative critically edited text—the SBLGNT differs from the standard text in more than 540 variation units—will help to remind readers of the Greek New Testament that the text-critical task is not finished'

Michael W. Holmes, The Greek New Testament: SBL Edition (Lexham Press; Society of Biblical Literature, 2011–2013).

And, a bit further down in the introduction, it states that it drew on four texts:

Westcoot and Hort
Tregelles
NIV (the Greek text behind the NIV)
Robinson and Pierpont Byanztine Textform 2005

I doubt if they were specifically disagreeing with the authors of BDAG but it is possible that the work they did came up with different results than in NA27 on which BDAG seems to be based.

Also, how do you find which Greek NT is used for each. I get the same results on the NKJV which shouldn't be based on the same GNT as the ESV.

We can do this by opening the panel menu (three dots at top right) and clicking the Information option

This shows that the NKJV is based on Scrivener's Textus Receptus (right of screenshot) and the same differences apply (left of screenshot). This assumes the 1881 edition was used (which I think is the case) as different results occur with different versions of Scrivener!
