Recently CCLI Song Select and Faithlife Proclaim updated their applications that have created problems for me because I use Proclaim for two organisations, Christ Church Chesham (I am admin for Christ Church ) and St Margaret's Edgware. (I am a member/user) pre version 4 I had a menu item under Account icon (top right of screen)
On my laptop I upgraded the Proclaim software to version 4 and lost my access to my Christ Church group. The menu item has been deprecated.
On my desktop I did not upgrade (still use 3.9) and so retained the two church access.
I need my account on the new version 4 to have the switching feature restored.
This glitch has somehow resulted in my loss to the CCLI song database on both versions 3.9 and 4
Also submit log files is not working and reporting an error.
