Hello - New Logos 4 Mac User - Question about The Norman Geisler Apologetics Library on CD-ROM

Hi,

My first post...

I currently have the Logos Mac demo version installed and will buy the "real" version (Bible Study Edition) Monday.

A few years ago I bought The Norman Geisler Apologetics Library on CD-ROM to run on my PC. I tried installing this library with the demo Mac Logos version with no avail but I don't know if that is a function of the demo version or an issue with the content on the CD-ROM (not compatible content).

Obviously, I don't care too much about it working in the demo but is there a way to get the content from this Library integrated (indexed) within Logos 4 when I get it? I hate to have to buy the same content again.

With the older versions, like Libronix, you can call customer support. You tell them the serial number, and they'll activate it for you. It then downloads to your computer.

If purchase Logos 4 upgrade with same Logos account as Norman Geisler Apologetics, then log in to Mac using that account should download all licensed resources, including Norman Geisler Apologetics.

KS4J always gives good advice. I just wanted to add one note. You library may need to complete indexing before all you resources show up. As long as the little blue Logos icon appears in your Menu Bar, downloading and/or indexing is taking place. Hovering over the icon will give you are rough (very rough) estimate of time remaining. In the early stages these estimates will be very high and become more accurate as indexing progresses. Download time will depend on the speed of your internet connection. Bible Study Library should complete indexing in a couple of hours.
