Why can't we combine target and source parameters in an intertext source?

As the screenshot below shows, the NT Use of the OT interactive has 47 times where Hebrews makes use of the Psalms (left of screenshot)

But a search seeking to combine them returns no results (right of screenshot)

Should we be able to combine these two parameters in this way?

I know I could get results I am looking for by simple searching for the Source and restricting the range of the search to Hebrews but I'm trying to understand why approach shown doesn't work

There are two separate intertext labels in play. One shows up on the source verses and indicates the target, while the other shows up on the target verses and indicates the source. You can see this by right clicking on the verses in Psalms and Genesis and comparing the intertext labels. So, there are no intertext labels that specify both the source and the target.

I thought I had done a Search on both in the past....But i must have limited it via the All Passages menu.
