BUG: Language filter doesn't filter out all non-English books from the Add to Library panel

Yes, I know you can use the facet to further limit it to English books only. But if the store knows to not to match those Korean titles (and other foreign language books) with the English language facet, it should also know not to show them when language:english is typed in the Library Find box. Typing that filter certainly did filter out a lot of other foreign language books:
