RESOURCE BUG: CSB Audio Bible Milestone Tagging Error

Background:  A number of audio bibles available in Logos have limited Bible index tagging (chapter-level). These aren't functional as 'Read Aloud' companions to their text counterparts, but on the desktop (not mobile) they will change chapters in the text resource as they play, if in a Link Set or Multiple Resource View. (They do not have Reference Box navigation.) I don't know how many of these do this, but the resources I own that have this behavior are CSB, NVI (Spanish NIV), and La Bible du Semeur. (This might be an undocumented function.)

Bug:  It's not an earth-shaker, but the CSB audio bible has chapter tagging that is one chapter behind, e.g., select or play Chapter 5, text navigates to Chapter 4. This begins at Gen 2, and Gen 1 appears to have no tagging.
