Desktop app on my Surface Pro x (ARM-Procesor)

Is there any way i can run the desktop app on my Surface Pro x (ARM-Procesor) 

I know there are emulators out there but i have no idea which one or how to downlad one.

    I think the answer is "no," but I know that there is no supported means for doing so. Your best bet is to use the web app on that device.

    If you have Windows 11, you can try to install and run an x64 App like Logos! However, make sure you have  a powerful processor, 16 Gb RAM and a 500 GB SSD (minimum)..
