Kindle Scribe for Logos?

Has anyone had any experience using the Kindle Scribe with the Logos app? I can't afford the new iPad that uses the Apple pen so was hoping to get some feedback on this device for notes, etc.
Thank you.

Well, Kindles don't read Logos books (unless you manually import them). So, I'm not sure how you would use the Scribe for Logos notes. Its handwriting is best with PDFs and similar.
But a low-end iPad is competitive price-wise with a Scribe and has accepted styluses for many years. Of course, the Logos mobile doesn't directly support note handwriting.

As far as I know, the Kindle Scribe is a pure “eink” device and does not run android or Android apps. In which case, as D mentioned, it won’t run the logos app.

Thank you both. I hadn't thought of that.

Having owned a low end iPad, I recommend considering the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite.
Substantially better build and the pen is a dream. A low end iPad won't allow you to use the pen in public because the air between the glass and the screen makes it really, really loud with the pen. Like getting stares from people sitting around you loud if you are taking notes.
If you're an iOS person, maybe you would like it but the iPad I bought is easily the worst tech purchase I've ever made and I owned a Surface RT.........

I would love to know if anyone has used the Scribe web browser to load app.logos.com. Would be great to load the resources this way. Are there any Scribe users out there that can test this?

the Scribe web browser
Do we know if it has one? The paperwhite did (or does), but it was called "experimental" and was not a great (or fast) experience.

Yes, it has one. I think it's still "experimental" but appears to have been given what sounds like promising updates (ref https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j1ESYDWh5mA).

First, on the Scribe, it's labeled as 'Web Browser', and Amazon has a popup warning, for simple sites only (default is google).
And second, I tried app.logos.com a few minutes ago. It loads decently fast, and then presents a blank screen, slightly tinted. My guess is the tint is from the initial menu panel, and that's a far as it goes.
Finally, I tried www.biblia.com. That worked better (displayed my latest Bible, allowed login, etc). However, no panels were displayed, so I couldn't change books. I could change chapters, and enter a goto reference for my Bible.

That’s a bummer. Thank you for testing this DMB!

There are several e-ink readers and note takers from Boox or Supernote that run an Adroid operating system. These devices allow you to use the Logos app to read your Logos books. You can convert text to pdf and mark it up. You can also use the Kindle app to read your Kindle library too.
