A quick note for beta testers about the information we collect about how you use the beta app. We collect information that might include things like what panels you open and what buttons you click. This is normally then used in aggregate so we can see, for example, which tools are most frequently used or which settings are most frequently enabled.
In a forthcoming beta, we're going to clarify that in beta apps, this data is always tied to your user account. Although we don't usually need to track usage down to the individual user, during beta testing we may need to do so to help us understand individual problems that beta users might report in these forums.
(Whatever the "Send Feedback" setting is set to, staff never look inside your documents or notes without your permission. We're only interested in how you interact with our software, not in the contents of what you create in it.)
