[BUG?] There is no Translate feature in the Courses Tool

I can't use the translation function in the Courses tool when selecting a piece of content. The translation icon doesn't even appear in the popup menu neither in the selection menu, as can bee seen in the images attached.

I wonder if it is a real bug or a just a lack of a feature (welcome indeed).

    That is correct, it is available only in the standard resource (book) panel.
